Order Processing
- Order fulfillment varies anywhere between 1-14 business days.
- After we ship your order, it is in the hands of the shipping courier who will be delivering it at the shipping rate selected at checkout.
Shipping
- Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the website of the designated courier for estimates on delivery times.
- The customer is responsible for providing the accurate shipping address. Delivery addresses cannot be altered or changed once an order is placed.
- Orders marked delivered by the designated courier are considered fulfilled. Please contact the courier directly if you experience any issues with delivery.
- Please expect delays if you place an order near a peak holiday period. If you still have not received your order after 30 days if located in the UK, or 60 days if located internationally, then please get in touch with us or your designated shipping courier directly.
Customs and Import Fees
- The customer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. All sales are final.
- Please ensure all order and delivery details are correct prior to placing your order.
- Please email us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any issues with your order. Please include photo evidence of the issue. We will not be able to assist you if you do not notify us within this timeframe or if adequate photo evidence is not provided.
