Do you sell on Amazon, Etsy, or other websites?

Currently, you can only order paperback copies of the Sister Moments coloring book on Amazon. All other art products like stickers, greeting cards, prints, and spiral bound coloring books can only be purchased directly from our website.

This space will be updated to specify our partners, so you can always be sure you're only purchasing official Milly and Maizy products. If a business is not listed here, then the likelihood is they are fraudulent. If you feel inclined to notify us of this, please email us directly.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please note that all orders have a processing time of 1-14 business days. Shipping time does not include processing time. Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier, we have no control over the shipping speed and shipping dates are never guaranteed. All international orders will be processed by customs upon entering the destination country, so please be sure to order well in advance if you need something by a specific date. 

For all U.K. and international orders, please expect delays if you are ordering near a peak holiday period. If you still have not received your order after 30 days if located in the U.K., or 60 days if located internationally, then please email us or contact your shipping courier directly.

Where is my order confirmation or tracking information?

All information pertaining to your order will be sent to you via the email you used at checkout. Please search your promotional, junk, and spam folders. You can mark us as a safe sender so that you don't miss these notifications in the future.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

The customer is responsible for the cost of any customs fees. We are unable to comment on whether customs fees will apply to your order or what these fees might be, as this is handled by the destination country your order is being shipped to.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

All sales are final. Please refer to all product specifications prior to making a purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please email us with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
